Tina Struve, MBA | President/CEO | Principal
Tina Struve brings a rich mix of professional experience as an administrator and educator to her position as President/CEO. She has been in the teaching profession for over three decades, twenty-four of which have been as a member of the Egremont community. She and her three children are graduates of Egremont. Tina's affiliation with Egremont dates back to the late 70s... and she is proud to lead the new generation of Egremont Eagles on an educational adventure which will prepare them for their future.
Tina received her Bachelor's degree in Law and Society with an emphasis in Criminal Justice (BA) from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Masters of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior (MBA) from California Lutheran University. Additionally, she received teaching credential credits from California Lutheran University in the multiple subject teaching program. She served on academic evaluation committees for schools in Los Angeles, moderates Student Council and National Elementary Honor Society teams, develops curriculum and instruction models, trains in Human Resource management, serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors, and has numerous affiliations with academic/professional organizations.
Tina's enthusiasm and passion for creating an atmosphere of success at Egremont continue to be guiding forces in her motivation to transcend Egremont's current status of superior education to new heights.

Each and every day, I am inspired by the students of Egremont... their passion for learning, their desire to achieve, their commitment to community service, and their motivation to reach beyond expectation embody their true essence and highlight their outstanding character. With the guidance of our wonderful faculty, they search a little farther, dig a little deeper, and probe the scope of their academic studies in a manner which exemplifies their determination to achieve and succeed. Our Egremont Eagles are truly the pride and joy of our school!
This year, our students will embark on a journey which will take them well beyond their expectations... and I hope they enjoy their adventure! They will encounter physical endurance, intellectual stimulation, artistic creativity, and community connections which will allow them to broaden their experiences and mature into the capable young men and women who will lead the future! They will be encouraged to welcome each new facet of their journey with open arms and hearts... and excitedly anticipate what will be next. Their huge smiles and wide-eyed expressions as each new day approaches will be priceless memories I will, forever, hold in my heart... for they will be subtle reminders of all the good that is done at Egremont... an ever-so-gentle acknowledgement that the quality time and collaborative effort all of our administration, faculty, staff, and volunteers put into creating the “Egremont Experience” is truly worth it! Egremont Pride... Eagle Spirit!
